High-flow 40L/min laparoscopic CO2 insufflator with built-in active smoke evacuation, inbuilt pressure regulator, and integrated CO2 heater — all in a single compact unit. Manufactured by AGTECH Surgical Systems, Ambarnath, Maharashtra, India. Internationally certified components throughout.

Maintains stable pneumoperitoneum with millisecond-response active venting that physically expels excess pressure the moment it occurs — no passive waiting, no pressure spikes. The integrated smoke evacuator clears electrosurgical and laser plume instantly without any loss of abdominal pressure, ensuring uninterrupted visibility and a cleaner OR environment for the surgical team.

The inbuilt CO2 heater prevents laparoscope fogging and minimises patient body temperature loss during prolonged procedures. An inbuilt pressure regulator eliminates the need for an external regulator in standard setups, reducing accessory dependency and setup time. An Air Mode is included for non-CO2 applications.

Key internals: Japanese solenoid valves for leak-free gas control, European pressure sensors for real-time abdominal pressure detection, Taiwanese power supplies rated for continuous OT load and voltage fluctuation, US-designed electrical circuitry for thermal stability during long procedures.
